ACRBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACRBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 505 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACRBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5A-4P, H2AB2, and ZC3H18. Each is linked with ACRBP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACRBP-to-partner and partner-to-ACRBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU5A-4P grouped by ACRBP-low versus ACRBP-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACRBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACRBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
