ACRBP

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACRBP RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 13 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ACRBP’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where ACRBP RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ACRBP is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KICH and THCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.

KIRC, KICH, and THCA are the cancer types where ACRBP tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
