Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 793 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-139P, RN7SKP214, and RPL26P31. Each is linked with ACP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP5-to-partner and partner-to-ACP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-139P grouped by ACP5-low versus ACP5-high in HNSC.
