ACP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,888 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB43, ARHGEF26_S222, and APOBR. Each is linked with ACP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP3-to-partner and partner-to-ACP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACP3 versus RAB43 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
