ACOT7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,753 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RACGAP1, RRM2, and SMC2. Each is linked with ACOT7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT7-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOT7 versus RACGAP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
