ACMSD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACMSD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,691 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACMSD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DGKA, UPP1, and MYO1E. Each is linked with ACMSD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACMSD-to-partner and partner-to-ACMSD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACMSD versus DGKA in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACMSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACMSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
