ACAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,159 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCA4, AHDC1, and ACTL6A_S233. Each is linked with ACAP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ACAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAP3 versus SMARCA4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
