ACAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Heregulin. Each is linked with ACAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ACAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ACAP3-low versus ACAP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
