Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,476 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure. Each is linked with ACAP3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ACAP3 results are reported.
