ACAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHOX2B, NPFFR1, and KRT6C. Each is linked with ACAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ACAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHOX2B grouped by ACAP3-low versus ACAP3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
