ACAD8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAD8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,899 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR11, SIAE, and TNFAIP6. Each is linked with ACAD8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD8-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAD8 versus PRR11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
