ACACB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACACB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,308 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACACB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNTA1, AGO1, and PURA. Each is linked with ACACB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACACB-to-partner and partner-to-ACACB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACACB versus SNTA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACACB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACACB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
