Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACACB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,124 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACACB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD54L, FAM72B, and STIL. Each is linked with ACACB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACACB-to-partner and partner-to-ACACB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD54L grouped by ACACB-low versus ACACB-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACACB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACACB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
