Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACACB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACACB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with ACACB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACACB-to-partner and partner-to-ACACB results are reported.
