Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACACB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,052 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACACB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRNAU1AP, CCDC134, and SUFU. Each is linked with ACACB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACACB-to-partner and partner-to-ACACB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRNAU1AP grouped by ACACB-low versus ACACB-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACACB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACACB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
