ACAA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,727 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL98P, USP9YP10, and MIR6803. Each is linked with ACAA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAA2-to-partner and partner-to-ACAA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL98P grouped by ACAA2-low versus ACAA2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
