Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSTR4, ACP4, and CHRNB3. Each is linked with ABRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRA-to-partner and partner-to-ABRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSTR4 grouped by ABRA-low versus ABRA-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
