Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABRA RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABRA data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher ABRA RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABRA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

DLBC, BLCA, and UVM are the cancer types where ABRA RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
