Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,716 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNA5SP412, and RNU6-718P. Each is linked with ABI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI2-to-partner and partner-to-ABI2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by ABI2-low versus ABI2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
