ABHD8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, MIOX, and SAMD15. Each is linked with ABHD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD8-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD8 versus CENPM in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
