ABHD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,645 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPC1, TMSB10, and SEC23B. Each is linked with ABHD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD4-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD4 versus GPC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
