ABHD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,118 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1B10, MAPK10, and OSGIN1. Each is linked with ABHD4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD4-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD4 versus AKR1B10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
