ABHD15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD15-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, LINC01999, and MIR8066. Each is linked with ABHD15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD15-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by ABHD15-low versus ABHD15-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
