Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABHD14A-ACY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABHD14A-ACY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRPN, CYLC1, and CFHR2. Each is linked with ABHD14A-ACY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD14A-ACY1-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD14A-ACY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPRPN grouped by ABHD14A-ACY1-low versus ABHD14A-ACY1-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD14A-ACY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD14A-ACY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
