ABHD12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,108 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, PCNA, and XRN2. Each is linked with ABHD12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD12-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD12 versus TRMT6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
