Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,269 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABHD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, RGS9, and SRPX. Each is linked with ABHD10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD10-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD10 versus AQP9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
