ABCG8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,011 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT3, PTPN6_S10, and WDR33. Each is linked with ABCG8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG8-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCG8 versus FERMT3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
