ABCG8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCG8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG8-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM71C, GZMK, and INSM2. Each is linked with ABCG8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG8-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM71C grouped by ABCG8-low versus ABCG8-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
