ABCD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,232 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFYVE1, MTA1, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with ABCD4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCD4 versus ZFYVE1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
