Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,760 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTI1B, ATP6V1D, and PSEN1. Each is linked with ABCD4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCD4 versus VTI1B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
