Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,255 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with ABCD4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD4 results are reported.
