Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 115 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BHLHE23, NKX2-6, and VSX1. Each is linked with ABCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD1 results are reported.
