ABCC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,431 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDE, BTAF1, and HEATR1. Each is linked with ABCC2 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC2 versus IDE in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
