ABCC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,306 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXB3, HIP1, and H3P45. Each is linked with ABCC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC2 versus HOXB3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
