ABCC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,924 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, WDR76, and RNF138. Each is linked with ABCC12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC12-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by ABCC12-low versus ABCC12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
