ABCB8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCB8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,674 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCF2, UBE3C, and TMUB1. Each is linked with ABCB8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB8-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
