ABCB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCB1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,960 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPM3, GLI2, and ATRNL1. Each is linked with ABCB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRPM3 grouped by ABCB1-low versus ABCB1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
