ABCA9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,813 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN1, ENPP5, and TULP1. Each is linked with ABCA9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA9-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCA9 versus CLDN1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
