ABCA17P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA17P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,027 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA17P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PPM1F, and CRYBB2P1. Each is linked with ABCA17P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA17P-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA17P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPD3 grouped by ABCA17P-low versus ABCA17P-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA17P→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA17P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
