Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,638 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCA12-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52N4, TRBC1, and ATP5MC2P3. Each is linked with ABCA12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA12-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCA12 versus OR52N4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
