AASS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AASS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AASS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD4, PBK, and SEH1L. Each is linked with AASS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AASS-to-partner and partner-to-AASS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD4 grouped by AASS-low versus AASS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AASS→partner) and Y-score (partner→AASS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
