AADAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AADAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,750 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AADAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP1, MBTD1, and CPSF6. Each is linked with AADAT in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADAT-to-partner and partner-to-AADAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AADAT versus ZFP1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AADAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AADAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
