Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AADAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,132 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AADAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2H5, ABRACL, and CHRDL1. Each is linked with AADAT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADAT-to-partner and partner-to-AADAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AADAT versus GTF2H5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AADAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AADAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
