AADAT

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AADAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,940 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AADAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Heterochromatin organization, and DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with AADAT in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADAT-to-partner and partner-to-AADAT results are reported.
