AADAC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AADAC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,367 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AADAC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ALDH1A1, IQGAP2_S16, and SH3BGRL2. Each is linked with AADAC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADAC-to-partner and partner-to-AADAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AADAC versus ALDH1A1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AADAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→AADAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
