AAAS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRTO4, NUP107, and NUP133. Each is linked with AAAS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAAS-to-partner and partner-to-AAAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AAAS versus MRTO4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
