A2MP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A2MP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,246 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A2MP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN1, SEPTIN1_S315, and CD2. Each is linked with A2MP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A2MP1-to-partner and partner-to-A2MP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, A2MP1 versus SEPTIN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A2MP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→A2MP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
