A1CF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A1CF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,664 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A1CF-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF12, ARL4C, and ABCC6P2. Each is linked with A1CF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A1CF-to-partner and partner-to-A1CF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, A1CF versus KIF12 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A1CF→partner) and Y-score (partner→A1CF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
