ZZEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZZEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 399 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZZEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA6, FAM193A, and PIGY. Each is linked with ZZEF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZZEF1-to-partner and partner-to-ZZEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNA6 grouped by ZZEF1-low versus ZZEF1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZZEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZZEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
