ZYXP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZYXP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,673 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZYXP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP174, PEX12P1, and PRAMEF30P. Each is linked with ZYXP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZYXP1-to-partner and partner-to-ZYXP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZYXP1 versus RN7SKP174 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZYXP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZYXP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
